What a difference... AC stopped working at my newly purchased condo. Called the number of the company on the sticker noting who had serviced it last. They came out to diagnose but couldn't contact me to schedule a fix. Wouldn't return phone calls. Contacted Mercury - left a text message at 11PM, received a call back at 8:45AM the next morning. Adam could not have been more professional or more on top of his game. He ensured that the tech had the part and scheduled him for THE SAME DAY. Hany arrived on time, with a text ahead of time. He worked on the issue and fixed it to my satisfaction. The other company - couldn't get a part in 5 days that Mercury/Adam was able to secure in 2 hours. Pricing was up-front and fair. Owner Juan M. runs a tight ship. His guys are well trained. Juan is an expert in the field. He instructs at Pinellas Technical College. He and his crew came to my house on time. They were careful and did my repair for a fair price. Stay away from the big boys that offer $20 or $30 checkups. Before you know it you are getting the hard sell to replace your unit for a $3000 profit or pay $300 to replace a $10 capacitor. Finally, make sure you get a quote from Juan for HVAC replacement if your unit is shot. I bet you save well over $1000. -Mark B
